I'm sitting at at a table, and two young ladies inches from me are talking.
About relationships. Well actually one is telling the other what she should other there giving like her.
You see she gives a lot, and her friend needs to be like her and get out and give.
Oh and fill her life box. What is a life box?
I must have missed the memo.
Oh to be 20 and wise again.

This place opened in my neighorhood seven months ago, and I only just tried it this past week
It's got great smoothies and free wi-fi.
I'm in love!
My smoothie of choice is the vanilla yogurt with banana, strawberry, pineapple, raspberry and mandarin orange.
Hopefully I'll have more smoothies and less take-out foods.
Well, I've got to get myself down to the main post office to mail some stuff and buy stamps, buy new sneakers, and try and get some photostrolling done.

Last night I took a short cab ride home after dinner at Bro. Jimmys. My driver was a man in his 60's who should have been retired. He's still working because the man who took care of his investments, lost all his money instead.
Sometimes I wonder why anyone bothers to save. Then again I have to confess that I have always been a member of the eat drink and be merry club.
In true New York style my driver told me his life story in less than 15 blocks. I listened in true Frances style; as I exited the car he cracked the window and shouted; "they don't make people like us anymore!"
My reply? "You got that right!"
Sitting in McDonalds. Every once in a while I have to have a McGriddle sandwich & hash brown.
The seating area is half-filled, and we all seem to want to ease into another day without a lot of commotion.
The man next to me is plugged into an I-pod; he scans the newspaper and chews very very slowly.
Four young Hispanic men at the table on my left share breakfast and happy chatter. You just know they've had this little breakfast thing going on for a while.
It's just being back in the high school cafeteria again. People enter the dining area holding their trays, and scanning the place for the right table.
It feels good to be up early. I think my night owl days are over.
Think I have time for another juice, and maybe a short writing session in my notebook.

Lounged around till nearly noon. Watched part of documentary on Roman Polanski, tested friends & ate two bowls of Special K Red Berry cereal. Ohmigosh I love that stuff. When I first saw it I was like dried strawberries in a box? Then I bought some.
I'm reminded of a commercial from my childhood. A little boy tries yogurt for the first time, looks into the camera and says, "8 years wasted."
Okay I'm going to cause some trouble.

I get sorted out or until my hand drops off - whichever comes first.
One of the top items on my to do list is figuring out how to mobile blog to Typepad. Yes, I know I'm blogdizzy, but I like to host my various blogs at different places. Why? Just cuz. LOL
I like all the things you can do at Blogger, but it is free hosting, and that limits your ability to get issues resolved.
I ended up totally deleting a blog, because no one was available to help.
And I pursued help everywhere for weeks.
So far so good with this mobile blog though. Haven't had a bit of trouble since I began it.
One of my blog buddies wants to give this blog a redo for me.
This is a standard template, and I like it. It's neat and well-organized.
I'd like to add a customized header, and change the colors just a bit.

Wordpress.com just added a photoblog template to their line up that looks pretty amazing.
There's more tthan a little work involved if I switch my site over.
Then again I've done it before.

I 'm reading a writing, well actually it's a dieting not it's really about both, book I like.
Hubby is home after a long weekend with the kids, and we are going out for dinner so I can hear all about it.
I'm working on making some changes to a blog. What to do? I want to add some color and change the fonts to punch things up just a bit.
Tomorrow I'm taking a day for photography and such.
